All films, stills, 3D assets and text on this site are the property of Nordlicht Filmwerk GmbH or our clients (who kindly licensed them back to us for portfolio display). Privacy Policy (Datenschutz)

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Nordlicht Filmwerk GmbH, Friedensallee 119, 22765 Hamburg (hello@3dvideographer.com).

2. Contact & project enquiries

When you send us a brief or email, we process your name, email address and message content to answer your enquiry and, where a project follows, to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete enquiry data that doesn't lead to a project after 12 months.

3. Server logs & cookies

Our host keeps access logs (anonymised IP, browser, timestamp) for 14 days for security. This site sets only technically necessary cookies for form spam protection; we run no analytics or advertising trackers, so there's no cookie banner ambushing you at the door. Your visit leaves about as much trace as our studio cat.

4. External media

Project stills are served from our own infrastructure. Video embeds, when present, are click-to-load — nothing is requested from Vimeo or other providers until you press play.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and may complain to the Hamburg data protection authority (Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). One email to us usually does it, though.

6. Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides an ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and do not participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
